The SMFA Faculty Research and Travel Fellowship awardees are Professors of the Practice Tanya Crane, Riccardo Giacconi, Ihnmi Jon, Claudia Mattos Avolese, Lauren O’Connor Korb, Jenn Schmidt, and Mary Ellen Strom. Awardees will present their work to the SMFA community upon completion. 

Professor of the Practice Neda Moridpour was recently awarded the MUSE Grant for Archiving Political Resistance - Woman Life Freedom (WLF) Online Museum.

Dinorá Justice: The Lay of the Land is on view at the MFA, Boston through April 14.

The exhibition by Traveling Fellow Dinorá Justice explores historical perceptions of femininity and the natural world across the artistic canon.
