The City Studio Program is a free art program for Boston Public High School students during the academic year.

Boston Public School (BPS) students who attend the program will learn art techniques in painting, drawing, print-making, sculpture, and digital art. Students will also have access to the art studios at SMFA and all art materials will be provided to the students. Additionally, program instructors will assist students with portfolio development for future educational and professional applications.

The program has a rolling admission and students can attend at any time in the academic year.

The program runs through the fall and spring academic calendar year and class is held every Saturday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.

If you have any questions or would like to request more information on the program or how to attend, please email the City Studio Instructor John "Jack" Neylan at John.Neylan@tufts.edu.
