Séphora Bergiste
Biography
Séphora Bergiste has worked in the SMFA Library since her undergraduate days at SMFA. She is very passionate about the ever-growing collection because it houses so many fun, silly, and intriguing books. Sephora can be found at the Circulation Desk; she is prepared to help you search for titles, teach you how to read call numbers, and solve Library Mysteries.
Artist statement
After receiving her BFA from SMFA in 2017, Séphora immediately pursued a Bookbinding certificate from the North Bennet Street School and graduated in May 2019. She can make paper, prints, graphics, bind huge editions by hand, and repair injured books.
