Katie Block

Katie Block, Kblock Art

Katie Block provides specialized art advisory services with an expertise in Modern and Contemporary art. Drawing on her 19 years of experience as co-founder and director of MillerBlock gallery, Katie is uniquely positioned to help clients acquire meaningful works of art from both established and emerging artists. Before launching Kblockart, Katie’s vision and aesthetic was responsible for the first solo shows of both Amy Cutler and Laylah Ali.  The gallery's exhibitions and individual artists have been reviewed or highlighted regularly in newspapers and magazines including: The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, Boston Globe The Village Voice, New Yorker Magazine, New York Magazine, Time Out NY, Artforum, Art News, Art On Paper, and Art in America.  Additionally, Katie served as an overseer and on the Curatorial Program Committee at the DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln for 8 years.

Atsu Gunther, Atsu Gunther Design

Atsu Gunther is an interior designer based in Boston’s South End. Originally from Tokyo, Japan, Atsu mixes her modern simplicity design esthetic with classic western sensibility. After working for prominent designers in Boston and in NYC for over 16 years, she opened her design studio in 2014. Her work has been featured in Boston Home Magazine, Modern Luxury, and Design New England, among others.

Hadley Powell

Hadley Powell, Powell Fine Art Advisory

Hadley Powell is the owner of Powell Fine Art Advisory. Her expertise spans from Old Master prints to Contemporary art. She started her career at Christie’s, New York  where she researched and cataloged prints from Rembrandt to Rauschenberg. After moving to Boston, Hadley worked at the intersection of arts and technology at the online auction platform, Invaluable, before launching her full service art advisory business in 2016. She has just completed a two-year term as Chair of the Museum Council, the young patrons group of the MFA, Boston and sits on the Leadership Council Steering Committee of the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, MA.

Craig Tevolitz

Craig Tevolitz, Platemark Design

Craig Tevolitz is an award-winning interior designer in the Back Bay and the founder of Platemark Design.  His approachable personality and impeccable attention to detail has led him to a successful career, decorating all corners of Boston, New England, and ultimately the world. Selected Best of Boston by Boston Home, Platemark further specializes in helping art collectors — new and seasoned — showcase their artwork and integrating it seamlessly into the interior design. His work has been featured in New England Home, Luxury Interiors, The Wall Street Journal, Design New England, Boston Globe, and WCVB, among others. Craig is a long-time leader in Boston's arts community, and most passionately at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. He is an elected Advisor, serves on the Patron Committee and is former chair of the Museum Council Steering Committee. He and his husband Richard Baiano, owner of Childs Gallery, live in Back Bay with their two dogs, Maude and Babs.
