Screenprinting

The Screenprinting Studio is an entirely water-based studio equipped with darkroom facilities, a large vacuum-frame exposure unit, a light table, multiple screenprinting stations, and a power washing booth. Students enrolled in a screenprinting class are granted storage space for screens, and a shared locker and flat file for the semester. The screenprinting studio supplies all inks for any currently enrolled students. Students learn the basics of screenprinting ranging from reductive screenprinting, four color CMYK separations, repeat printing, textile printing, and a variety of photo processes.
