Undergraduate Programs
Freedom is the foundation.
Are you driven to create art that makes a difference? Passionate about pushing boundaries and bringing your vision to life? At the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, our students build a rigorous but flexible course of study, working hand in hand with faculty mentors to design an individualized education that is truly their own.
As an SMFA undergraduate, you’ll develop a wide base of foundational skills while also exploring multiple mediums and a range of advanced techniques. You’ll broaden your perspective by weaving liberal arts into your studies, and will immerse yourself in a thriving creative community. You’ll do it all in a city where art—and art making—is everywhere.
